注意事項
+ We work in Japanese Business Date/Hour. Please be noted we usually have jet lag in between our timezone.
+ Retake (request of re-drawing for improvement) rights are granted up to 3 times in production period.

+ We usually request around one week discussion before starting production in order to understand your requirements with rough sketches.
+ Production period is varied based on complexity of the drawing.
+ We report any progress via SKIMA DM (aka. Talk Room) at least once in a week.
+ Depends on back orders at the time, we ask wait for those are resolved to start your project.
