【Important Notes】・Commercial use is permitted. ・Copyright is not transferred. ・Registering the logo as a copyright, design right, or other intellectual property right is prohibited. ・If you require any special arrangements regarding copyright or related rights, please contact me before placing your order. ・Claiming the delivered logo as your own work, redistributing it, or modifying it without permission is prohibited. ・Private commissions or requests to keep the work unpublished are not available. ・If I do not receive a response from you for more than 7 days without prior notice, I may consider the project completed and deliver the work in its current state. ・Cancellations due to the client's circumstances cannot be accepted. ・I do not accept commissions involving copyrighted works, characters, or other materials that may infringe upon the rights of others. ・I may not be able to accommodate requests for specific or specialized fonts. Please understand that I may not be able to fulfill such requests. ・Please provide any reference materials, preferred design ideas, intended use, or character references in as much detail as possible. ・I cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, trouble, or disadvantage resulting from the use of the delivered materials. 【Revisions】 One revision is included free of charge after the initial design proposal. Additional revisions will incur an additional fee depending on the scope of the changes. Revisions requested after the final delivery are not included in the standard fee.
