【Terms of Service (Please Read)】 ■ Copyright & Usage • The artist retains the copyright of the completed work. • The commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased. • Commercial use requires an additional fee (+20%). • Use in generative AI services is prohibited. • Redistribution, resale, theft, and tracing are prohibited. ■ Revisions • Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch draft stage. • Major revisions (pose, outfit, composition) are NOT accepted after sketch approval. • Additional fees may apply for significant changes after the sketch draft stage. ■ Content Restrictions • No R18, claiming as your own, unauthorized modification, or redistribution. • In order to avoid copyright issues, requests for fanart (copyrighted characters) are not accepted. • Requests for yume-ship works are not accepted. ■ Other • Finished works may be posted on my portfolio or social media (anonymity available upon request). • If there is no reply for 5 days, I will cancel the request or complete the delivery.
