• The artist retains the copyright of the completed work. • Commercial use requires an additional fee. • Finished works may be posted on my portfolio or social media (anonymity available upon request). • The commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased. • Please do not claim the artwork as your own or resell it. • Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch draft stage. • Major revisions (pose, outfit, composition) are not accepted after sketch approval. • Additional fees may apply for significant changes after the sketch draft stage. • Resale and use for purposes that violate public order and morals are prohibited. • Redistribution, resale, theft, and tracing are prohibited. • Use in generative AI services is prohibited. • Use that may infringe upon the rights of others is prohibited. • No R18, claiming as your own, unauthorized modification, or redistribution. • Requests for fanart or yume-ship works are not accepted. • In order to avoid copyright issues, requests for fanart are not accepted.

①Pre-Transaction Notices Delivery is typically completed within 3 days after payment confirmation, depending on the project schedule and workload. In case of delays due to late feedback or unforeseen circumstances, an update will be provided accordingly. ②Pre-Transaction Negotiation Rush orders may be accepted with an additional fee.Please inquire in advance if urgent delivery is needed. ③Transaction in Progress – Feedback Delayed If feedback or confirmation is delayed, the scheduled delivery date may be adjusted accordingly.Thank you for your understanding. ④Notification of Late Delivery In case of unforeseen circumstances, the delivery schedule may be adjusted. A new estimated delivery date will be provided if necessary. ⑤ Post-Completion Review Upon completion, the final work will be submitted for confirmation.Minor revisions may be requested at this stage if necessary.
