Workflow

The production process is outlined below, so please read through it to understand how to proceed with your request. Schedule: Standard Delivery Time—Delivery is typically scheduled for approximately 1.5 months after the start of the project. Please contact us to discuss specific delivery dates. 1. Initial Consultation We will discuss and align our understanding of the project. 2. Payment 3. Creation and submission of [Composition Sketches] and [Design Concepts]. We will submit these approximately 15 days after the consultation. 3. Creation and submission of [Detailed Sketches & Color Schemes] and design concepts. We will submit these approximately 15 days after you approve the composition sketches. 4. ●3–4: Review and revisions of composition roughs and detailed roughs & color schemes based on your feedback If you have any revisions or requests, please let us know at this stage. (Up to 2 rounds of revisions are allowed for both 【Composition Roughs】 and 【Detailed Roughs & Color Schemes】.) Please be sure to inform us of any revisions at this stage. 5. Final Artwork 6. Final Review 7. Delivery *Please be sure to inform us of any revisions during the “●3–4: Review of Composition Sketches, Detailed Sketches, and Color Schemes, and Discussion of Revisions” stage, which occurs after the sketches and design proposals have been created and submitted. We cannot accommodate major changes—such as to poses, clothing, or decorations—after the sketches are complete. If you request adjustments or major changes during the color sketch or final artwork stages, we may need to inform you of additional fees.
