◇ Terms of Service ◇ * My painting style is semi-rendered, so the final artwork may differ slightly from the sketch. * Finished artwork will include my signature unless you purchase the “Remove Artist Signature” option. * I do not accept commissions involving monsters (such as dragons), gore, or explicit sexual content. * Fan art and yume commissions are for personal use only. I am not responsible for any issues related to copyrighted characters. * Unless you purchase a Private Commission, I may use your commission as part of my portfolio, including posting it on social media or in art books. * If I do not receive a reply within 2 days: * Before purchase: Your request will be cancelled. * After purchase: I will continue the commission and deliver the finished artwork. * Reposting, editing, redistributing, NFT use, AI training, or claiming my artwork as your own is strictly prohibited without my permission. * I only accept commissions created in my own art style. Requests to imitate or closely replicate another artist’s style or the style of another work will be declined. * For the “Purpose of Use” section, please list every platform or website where you plan to use the artwork (e.g. X, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, etc.), rather than simply writing “SNS.” * Secondary Use requires an additional fee of 30% of the total commission price. * Example: The artwork was commissioned as an icon, but you would also like to use it for livestreams, videos, or other platforms. * Commercial Use requires an additional fee of 50% of the total commission price. Please note that purchasing commercial usage rights does not transfer the copyright. Without my permission, you may not redistribute, resell, claim the artwork as your own, or use it beyond the agreed license.
