◆Please read before ordering 1.)Character design-only commissions are not available. The additional character fee applies only when the extra character is included in the same illustration. 2.)If you have many reference images, please send them together in a ZIP file. 3.)Copyright remains with the artist and is not transferred or waived. If copyright transfer or waiver is absolutely necessary, please contact me before ordering. It will require an additional fee. 4.)From rough drafts through finished artwork, the following are prohibited: claiming the artwork as your own creation, unauthorized commercial use, unauthorized secondary use, redistribution including reposting or resale, use for anti-social purposes, and any other misuse. 5.)Excessive editing or alteration is prohibited. Adding text or making minor edits within a reasonable range is allowed. If you are unsure, please contact me first. 6.)Delivered artwork may be posted on social media or other platforms as part of my portfolio. If you would like the artwork to remain private, please contact me in advance. 7.)The illustration will include the copyright notice: ©AtelierKumaz ────────── ◆Revision policy The rough draft stage generally includes up to 2 free revision rounds. 1.)I will first send 6-9 rough draft options. 2.)Revision round 1. You may choose elements you like from different drafts or request small changes to the composition or design. 3.)Revision round 2. I will send several redesigned rough drafts and make final adjustments. 4.)I will send the final design draft. If there are no issues, I will proceed to clean-up. If you like one of the rough drafts as-is, we can skip the remaining rough-stage steps and proceed to clean-up. Free revisions are generally not accepted after clean-up begins. Please share your references, preferences, and required details as clearly as possible during the rough draft stage.

The usual delivery estimate is about 30-50 days after payment is confirmed, depending on the request details and revision progress. ◆Commission flow 1.)After placing the order, please complete payment. 2.)Once payment is confirmed, I will send several rough draft options based on your references and request details. 3.)Please review the rough drafts and send me your revision requests. 4.)I will apply the revisions and send the final design draft for approval. 5.)Once approved, I will proceed to clean-up and deliver the finished artwork. 6.)The commission is complete after delivery confirmation and review.
