• Artists retain copyright of completed works. • Commercial use incurs additional fees. • Finished works can be posted in portfolios or on social media (anonymization is available upon request). • Commissioned works are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased. • Works may not be claimed as your own or resold. • Minor revisions are permitted during the draft sketch stage. • Major revisions (to pose, outfit, or composition) will not be accepted after the sketch is approved. • Substantial changes after the draft sketch stage may incur additional fees. • Resale and use for purposes that violate public order and morals are prohibited. • Redistribution, resale, theft, and tracing are prohibited. • Use in generative AI services is prohibited. • Use that may infringe on the rights of others is prohibited. • R18 ratings, self-promotion, unauthorized modification, and redistribution are prohibited. • Requests for fan art and fan fiction are not accepted. • To avoid copyright issues, we do not accept requests for fan art. • We do not accept illustrations containing sexual, violent, or religious content. • We are not responsible for any problems that arise regarding the use of our illustrations. • If we are unable to contact you for more than 5 days, your order will be canceled. (Please contact us in advance if there will be a delay.) • Please note that we will not accept any complaints.

1. Pre-transaction Notification Delivery times vary depending on the project schedule and workload, but are typically completed within 50 days of payment confirmation. If there are delays due to delayed feedback or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you accordingly. 2. Pre-transaction Negotiation Rush orders are accepted for an additional fee. If you require a rush order, please contact us in advance. 3. Transaction in Progress - Delayed Feedback If feedback or confirmation is delayed, the estimated delivery date may be adjusted. Thank you for your understanding. 4. Delivery Delay Notification If unforeseen circumstances arise, the delivery date may be adjusted. We will notify you of a new delivery date if necessary. 5. Post-Completion Review Once completed, the final product will be submitted for your review. If necessary, you may be asked to make minor revisions at this stage.
